But just underneath this obit was another full-color photograph that made many marvel at the absolutely tasteless New York Times.

Two males, in front of a third, are shown in a restaurant kissing each other on the mouth. Headlined: "Gay-themed TV gains wide audience."

Just think of all the old timers who read the NYT. They review the obit of Bob Hope and then see the gay love picture. The paper of record? Or the paper that went the way of vinyl records?

...it'll be interesting to see how the picklesmoocher shows do in the ratings. my guess is that they won't last the remainder of the year...

I think they're trying make 'gay-rights' movement an extention of the civil rights movement, but it is totally different.

Notice the way they whitewash "Will & Grace" too. It is a decently funny show, but they try to make it like "oh instead of girls and boys holding hands, it's boys and boys." But its not a simple as that. Their lifestyle is where promiscuity and drug use is the norm, not the minority.

My husband always watches TV during dinner and it became apparent to me on Saturday evening that the media is preparing an all out blitz to push the gay agenda. First, on the news there was an interview with a moderate Republican couple who expressed disgust with Bush wanting to codify marriage, making it for heterosexuals only. They had a gay child whom they wanted to be able to "marry."
Then there were advertisements for upcoming gay programs on TV, including one that promised to be a "lesbian Sex in the City" complete with scenes of two undressed females making love.
I guess its time to turn off the TV for good except maybe for Fox News.
I am really starting to feel alienated from our culture.

I don't watch much TV, but it seems I'll be watching even less of it.

"An estimated 850,000 to 950,000 Americans are infected with HIV, but only about one-fourth of them are aware that they are HIV positive, according to the CDC."

Sounds like a WAG to me.
