Depends on the meaning of dead. I have that same question- is he presumed dead or dead. I will check to make sure that when I reformatted it I didn't cut and not paste something.

I just re-read my own post, It states presumed dead. This may be the Dept. of Defense wanting to smoke him out by letting him think that they think he is dead, or maybe there weren't enough parts left to identify.
