One can have unnamed feelings; God does test and temper. However, you do nothing about them. If you do, you fail the test and refuse the temper. That's what gets you, not simply having the unnamed feelings.
What God wants and what you want aren't necessarily the same thing.

With Jesus as my Lord I submit my will daily to His will, seeking God's plan for my life rather than my own.... It is God's plan that marriage is reserved for a man and a woman.
I understand where homosexuality came from and I know it doesn't come from God. If "Anita" wants to live with her life partner for the rest of her life no one will stop her. What I have a problem with is her "Christian marriage." She is seeking her plan for her life rather than God's and if she was as schooled in the Bible as she says, she would understand that.
She has been totally fooled and she doesn't ask for wisdom or assistance she wants approval from the church and the community.
There will always be people who are predisposed to certain behaviors. Some may be violent, some simpy gossips. We are all sinners and we ask Christ for forgiveness.
There is a difference between forgiveness and acceptance. By seeking her own plan for her life and rejecting God's she is asking for acceptance.

IF the regenerative power of the Holy Spirit exists within ourselves - then we will detest these sins, and the Spirit will work with us to overcome them. And based on the author's own witness, it doesn't appear that she is speaking in the past tense about her desire to sin:
1 Cor 6:11
11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
I pray the author can at some point use the word "were" to describe her affliction; but for now, her witness contradicts her statement that she is a Christian.

So many, many, of those gays and lesbians, oh yes, can't leave out all the other new titles, transgenders, the whole lot of them, keep physicatrist in business.
No kidding, they all talk about "thier" counselor on other boards, wish I knew the number or percentage of them that have to seek help.
I will pray for these women, that they may see the error of their ways.

I realize my reply is less than complete, but it's late. The reply is also aimed at the poor misguided soul who wrote this, not the poster.

What "Christian" church recognizes homosexual unions? By definition, and biblical verse, homosexuals are apostate from God. God abhors and despises the fruitless pointlessness of this practice, and says so EXPLICITLY.The family unit (Mother, Father, and Children) is the very foundation of society. NO culture on earth has ever survived or even come to fruition without it. What you (and your "significant other") are doing is fomenting and abetting the collapse of the most advanced, civilized society ever to have developed.
The sad thing is, you and your ilk are currently winning.

Maybe it's just me, but there's something familiar to her entire argument. Wait, I know - she only loves women. Strange, so do I. Yup. I'm a lesbian. But my plumbing is a lot different.
In a way, it's hard to blame lesbians. It'll be a cold day in hell before I'd go to bed with a guy either. But having seen the photo of this couple, celibacy would seem to be the path to take. Maybe they are the way they are due to the fact that no guy would consider having sex with them.
Back to the closet for all of them, if you ask me. I'd prefer to have our moral nation back to where it used to be before all of this gay agenda crap was foisted upon us by the liberals.

The denial not onlly extends to the obvious, same sex attraction being completely contrary to God's Word but now they twist His Word to further suit their imaginary world. If it weren't so sad it would be funny - the hypocrisy.
