My neighbor spanked her boy in the parking lot of a convenience store. Someone saw her, followed her (she was going to church) and wrote her pastor a note saying she was considering reporting her but hoped he would counsel her instead.
Reminds me of Nazi Germany. I even have family members I'm leary of.
