I did. I thought it was really interesting. I don't much care for the meta-forum cross thread jihads, but the discussion, arguing and explanations were very informative. I called several pro-life organizations to discuss various elements of the ban, some wouldn't go on record....but yes a great read.

Is there a call-in facility tonight? If so when TLB calls it could be like that scene in Nightmare on Elm Street where Freddie's tongue comes through the receiver.

I didn't contact anyone in the last two days, but I have in the past. I would have liked to get someone on from the pro-life OBGYN group, but I couldn't get a hold of them. Some pro-life orgs didn't want to go on the record. About this, which I found interesting.....

I'm glad to see this subject is to be discussed. For what's it's worth, I found that MHGinTN's posts on FR addressed most of the concerns about the language in the current bill. I also find it very hard to believe that Santorum would back a bill deliberately designed to have no teeth.

Yes, there will be calling in, but no tongue through the phone. Gross.

I don't want to go on the record about why they won't go on the record. hehehe.
I think that there are disagreements similiar to the disagreements we saw here: is there value to incrementalism or should the efforts be directed toward over turning roe v. wade, plain and simple.
