Wisconsin does not allow 'initiative-referendums.' The referendum can only be proposed by a legislative or taxing authority.

BUT: Wisconsin DOES allow for recalls. The Governor here, Ayatollah Doyle, will be eligible for this treatment after he has been in office for one year.
