OK I'll give it a go. Did Iraq prove that they had in fact disarmed in accordance with cease fire agreement from the First Gulf War? The answer to that in my mind is simple. No they didn't!!! They broke the cease fire agreement and hostilities resumed. Plain and simple that's the case.
