There's alot of controversey over it. Its some pretty scary stuff. Akin to flaming jello or something. You see guys burning, the wounds and injury's are frightening. You want to win a psy war, use this stuff. I personally condone the use of napalm, its power and effect is awesome.
The fireballs that this stuff produces, and the way it looks, make it something seperate from an ordinary exposive, the iraqi's probably lost bladder control when they say this stuff.
