Limo Liberals are those who live in the region, but want different rules for them than for the little people. The only reason they leave is to run for office but all the good local offices are taken by other members of "The Family". (Not mentioning any specific Kennedy here).

I like Locust Liberal: The produce nothing, they consume the hard labor of others, and then swarm off to greener pastures leaving behind a barren field.
