Don't pretend not to be aware of the actual legislative history regarding Drug Laws, which MrLeroy, among others, has repeatedly posted on these WOD threads.
The entire script read like the dialogue in a film noir '30s movie about bent coppers, crooked pols, and a duped populace.
Unfortunately for America, the WOD is no B-movie and there's no happy ending where those responsible GO TO JAIL!
At least, not yet.

In THE 2000 elections, (where the people have a voice) pot issues were soundly and roundly defeated by the PEOPLE.
