There seems to be over a 100 choices. Not to mention not voting for any of them. It's not a good idea to vote for something you don't want. It makes them think you do want it.

I'd vote for a kick in the arse, if the other guy promised me a bullet in the head, and looked to have a chance of winning.

If the vote looks close, vote like you had the tie breaker. Maybe (slim chance, but not zero) you do.

If the vote isn't so close, vote your conscience, like you said.
