I used TV station KRNV's headline on this, rather than the one used by the Sun, which blandly states: "$18 million OK'd for student testing in Nevada." That's the Sun for ya.

Among my most ardent hopes is that if I ever do something to scare the lives out of more than 700 graduating Nevada seniors, the state will give me $18 million, too.
