It's a nice distinction that Bremer draws. It's called playing offense instead of defense. As much as liberals hate it, it works!

yes, he's good, but it chills me to see that he's bought into that nonsense about Shi'ites and Sunnis not working together...totally refuted by events, dropped even by CIA, but apparently the State Dept still thinks (sic!) that way.
