The unmitigated gall of this Rat to blame an administration that has been in office for less than three years for a problem that was ignored by an administration that was in office for eight years prior and didn't do a damn thing except raise funds for Rats, get BJs from Monica, and go groping after Kathleen Willey. If there is a problem, then there was a Rat administration in office from 1993 to 2001 that didn't do a thing about it. In fact, by discouraging energy technology development and other science (the IFR in Idaho, for example, and the HFBR at Brookhaven, which Richardson axed after having a "meeting" with that renowned nuclear physicist Christie Brinkley), probably contributed to it.
