Is the dating process accurate enough to distinguish the two being unlinked at 800 yrs division? Since the Greenland and Black Sea areas vary so dramaticly in climate, could that not affect the results of the dating tests by the 800 yr. variance? I don't know - just asking....

I think this flood is about 800 years too early. How long would the resulting rise in sea levels take to make it from the Arctic into the Mediterranean? What is the tolerance of either analysis?
