I just find it amazing that these people never seem to work for a living, unlike the rest of us, yet they fight for our "rights and the downtroden workers". Heck, I'd like to fly here and there and have someone else pick up the tap, but not if I have to sell my soul to do it...

I did notice in college certain individuals who always protested and organised everything. Years later, they were still there and doing the same thing, just taking some part time courses and organising protests. Nice off campus apartments and no visible means of jobs, etc. Several friends and I , all conservative, figured them to be plants and recruiters for someone higher, who was channeling monies to support them. Scary, when you really think about it, as it was a two bit college compared to others...imagine the web out there of recruiters planted in high schools and colleges....

Very true ---- you never hear of college students who are working their own way through college getting into these kinds of protests. It's the privileged kids with someone paying their way, who think they're superior to middle class working types who have all the free time on their hands and money to travel from protest to protest.
