What do you get when you arrive unfashionably late to the cannibal's dinner party......the cold shoulder.

Diversity is our Strength!
....and if I kill you and eat your heart and liver I gain your strength.
Can't we send the libs over there to reason with these people? I think that our modern conflict resolution techniques would be a real hit. They could do a "ropes" course and that silly thing where you take turns catching each other.

Toss lots of money at them to "cure" AIDS.
Surely that will help these people....

Sounds like the Vatican would have a case with mobilizing a contingent of Swiss Guards to go after these animals.

Does this justify intervention in Africa?
Something about the way colonialism ended was terribly fouled up. I would argue that many African nations should again be subdued, and then, developed, educated, democratized, and then gradually released to a real independence.

I read the article you linked to, twice. Nothing there about a Catholic Priest.
Not that it's any less horrible. But still, what was wrong with the original title to the article?.

I'm leading a church group to Uganda next week. There will be nine of us, delivering equipment to the missionaries and participating in the showing of the "Jesus Film". We're bringing fifteen translations.
Some of you will ridicule me for that. I don't care. I would ask for prayers from the Christians among us.
