FWIW, I am reading a lot about attacks on people, specifically gays, who claim they have been attacked by a homophobic bigot. The common thread is there are never any witnesses. I'm a tad skeptical.I've complied a database of bogus "hate crime" stories with links. Some gay, some black, some Muslim. Wanna see?

Thanks Bryan. I recently read an editorialist who recited a similar threat against him because he was gay. However, there was no way to support his claim. It just had the feel to me that it was made up.
