Great idea Dansy. I did my two hours of workout this morning. Two and one half miles fast walk and 50 moves on every machine in the Wellness Center. When I get through all that I'm wringing wet. 25 pounds so far. I've tried all of the recommended Freepercizes and I find that the squishy thingy is my favorite. I wear mine out and have to go to the hospital gift shop to get another about every three months.
