Unfortunately there was. Let's address that in a separate lawsuit however. Otherwise the point gets lost in the noise.
What matters is, one side stands for the Constitution and the 10 Commandments. The other side stands against the Constitution and the 10 Commandments.
You are right. I also hate procedural mumbo-jumbo. But the courts are the ones that have the right to interpret the Constitution and laws in legal cases. Of course they are full with moles who hate Christianity. My question is - why make their job easier?

Regarding your post to yourself, oh and the points you were quoting were quite brilliant I might add, I respectfully disagree. The time of bowing and scraping before the Federal courts is over. Not only has Moore and Keyes had it, America has had it.
