I'm reposting because KDKA adds a description. Reportedly a witness is being questioned who claims to have seen the gunman. The witness says the gunam was 6 foot tall and trim - not heavy set as in the profile. He's white, has a beard and is driving a dark Ford F150 pick up truck.

I'm also looking into the admittedly slim possibility that a mysterious shooting death near Pittsburgh several weeks ago might be connected. A mailman was shot and killed as he sorted mail between routes in teh Crafton-Ingtram shopping center. The mailman was from WVA, and so far there are few leads in the case.

Here's a link to that story. Probe of postman's killing covers 2 states

My sister has postponed a trip to Ansted (to visit relatives and gather genealogy info; my father was from Cedar Grove) until the shooter is nabbed. I'm sure it's very unsettling for you folks in the immediate vicinity.

I thought once the cops
had you in sight, they never
let you get away...

good luck and don't be scared, just hunt him down and kill him. Screw the court cases. Million dollar Malvo is a waste of money and air.

Stay safe, and leave the F-150 in the garage until the shooter is caught.

My guess is lots of winding roads and dense vegetation made it difficult for police to pursue the miscreant. There aren't too many wide open spaces in W.Va.!
