Reuters Runs "Report" With Agenda

Reuters ran a "story" today abut health care costs in the US. "Bureaucratic Waste Dogs U.S. Health Care, Study Says"

Can anyone guess what the MAIN point of the "study" was?

I know you can guess!!!!

That's right, this group headed by Steffie Woolhandler of HARVARD, said that " a large sum of money might be saved in the United States if administrative costs could be trimmed by implementing a CANADIAN_STYLE, SINGLE-PAYER health care system."

TOPICS: Culture/Society
KEYWORDS: healthcare; liberalmedia; reuters
We all know that this "study" had a predetermined conclusion that his bunch went on a scavenger hunt to find so-called facts to bolster, and true to form Reuters creates headlines giving the study national exposure.

Nowhere in the "study" is mention of the fact that the U.S has 42 times the number of LAWYERS as any other industrial nation, and the impact of LEGAL costs on the American medical system. Not mentioned in the "study" are the costs of LIABILITY insurance and the dollars added to the cost of medical care.
