Hayward isn't really the Bay Area. It's more of a very far westward suburb of Sacramento! :-)

Hayward: they've really done some nice things in the downtown area, but oh my goodness, what happened to Hayward? Glad you escaped.

At least they've got Caesars Chicken Take Out on Hesperian. Yum.
