Note how they pose the question. They ask you if you are in favor of separation of church and state. Then if you disagree you answer "no." My position is you can affirm Alabama's right to have this monument and still affirm separation of church and state. It is all in how you read the Ammendment.

Also, I wonder what provision of the Ten C the judges disagree with. It would be nice to know what they don't believe in.

We all need to stop perpetuating the left's false assertion that there is a separation of church and state clause in the constitution. There is no such clause and we should stop buying into it by repeating it and just tell it like it is. Congress shall make no law...
