I only caught the start and Chris did not preview him being on.

>>>Why is the Left afraid of Arnold?

May be its due to the fact, that Arnold has an "R" next to his name.

If Arnold had a "D" next to his name, they would luv Schwarzenegger. He's a self-professed social liberal and says he's a fiscal conservative. But Arnold won't release any details of his economic plan for California. Voters can't properly judge a candidates economic agenda, without hearing the specifics of his economic plan. Arnold has said, he has no intention of revealing any details, until after the recall election. That's if he wins it.

Make my elderly parents pay more in taxes.

That’s the point!

Arnold going to raise taxes ...I'll bet on it .. Pete Wilson ...A Republican.. raised taxes big time.... and is a major player in Arnold campaign... then add in Buffet.... another raise taxes guy

Then Arnold’s “I want to take care of the children, I want to take care of the old people, I want to take care of everyone, I want to bring jobs back to the state so we can have the taxes to pay for this”..... Come on folks this was the first thing out of the guy’s mouth

If you were an out of state company would you trust this guy or this state.... would you move here?

Come on you have got to have something more than he’s a Republican and can win

We’re not doing this recall because Gray's a Democrat.....it’s because the state is in big trouble and Gray ideas suck ....if Gray was a Republican he would still suck .....so I’m not going to vote for Arnold just because he’s a Republican and can win.... if his ideas also suck..... totally blind party loyalty no matter what is dumb ...it will destroy you and the party and the state

For pete sake at least make Arnold work a little for your vote... hold his feet to the fire just a bit....

You don’t think Buffet put prop 13 on the table on his own do you?... if there was no screaming from “purest” ... ... it would still be out there...( my gut instinct tell me it will be again)

Give me something more than Arnold's a Republican and can win....don't just roll over for him

I've been telling folks around here that exact same meesage now for two weeks. They still don't get it and I doubt they ever will.

I wish you and all conservative Republicans in California the best of luck in the recall election outcome. Tom McClintock would make a fine Governor, but unless theres a drastic change in events, it looks like you'll be electing another liberal Governor. Schwarzenegger or Bustamonte.

It is absolutely essential NOT to have Bustamante. He is a radical who wants to give California back to Mexico. He has NO plan on how to deal with why businesses and individuals are leaving the state. I will move to Georgia from Northern California by the end of October so I can still vote in the recall election. Hope all those who stay speak Spanish. I have not decided who to vote for but if if it looks close between Arnold and Cruz right before the election, I will definitely choose Arnold.

Look You folks are from Oklahoma and Indiana why do you keep telling us Californians who to vote for?

Look I was born in LA and live here... used to work in Hollywood an the studios... I live within walking distance of the Norwalk Recorder office were you saw Arnold on TV file.. I wouldn’t walk across the street to see these people... because they offer nothing of substance... yet I’ve go people on the other side of the country telling to vote for them.

... You people are star struck .... I’m trying to save my home... Im trying to save jobs .... and you people are all gaga over these people

That's the best post I've seen all day... well done! I'm sure this pretentious "Triangulator" Republican hacks like annyokie would be screaming their head off about state's rights if we were trying to tell them the must vote for a liberal in OK or they are a traitor to the party. (Course we wouldn't care because they are in flyover country. Just kidding! *mostly*)

But the fact remains, these people are actively campaigning for someone who is not up to the extrodinarily difficult task of taking over this mess right now. He offers us nothing but benal populist platitudes, no promises, and dumb jokes. But because (R)nold Buffet has an 'R' in his name these RNC Minions try to shout us down for being so uppety.

Its like living in the Twilight Zone dealing with all these "conservatives" on a Conservative website. Actually its alot like an X-Files episode...

The thing is ...I WAS an Arnold supporter ...

Hell the day he announced he was running I went to the bar and drank a toast in celebration.... because I knew Gray was dead...

I knew Arnold on social issues.. but I assumed about the fiscal side..................

Then I watched who joined his campaign.... listens to what Arnold said and what he didn’t say.........

Its been one “O crap!” after another

I know the Arnold supporter believe.... but whenever you ask what does he stand for, what’s his plan, what he going to do,

The answer is always the same:

“He a Republican and he can win”

I’ve got a Dem uncle like that... you could run a door knob as a Dem and he vote for it .... no questions asked

If people would make Arnold work a little for there support they might get something... its like people are handing him a blank check

Although I have nothing personal against Simon, he is essentialy one of the two real conservatives--the one that would not do as well as McClintock--so I at least agree he should drop out

Wow! I didn't know how much infuence I had.

One more time...if it's between McClintock and Bustamante...Bustamante wins. What part of that don't you understand?

Wishful thinking?

BTW, did you see that Arnold appointed a new adviser today? Univision chairman and anti-187 activist A. Jerrold Perenchio.

this kind of guy always wants to be on the winning side. As Governor, you're going to have to hear alot of different viewpoints. It takes a person of character to listen and make a judgement based on his core beliefs. I trust Arnold will do that.
