Hammurabi didn't patent writting things down. No freaking kidding--it was a joke. By the way even as a God fearing Christian to say the laws of Moses are best because God said so is not a valid argument. That is not how the Church Fathers went about explaining Christian thought.

I missed that. Justifying anything with, "because God says so", is usually a clue that he didn't. If He did say something, it's true reasonable and is w/o contradiction.
