The political risk insurance given them by the US government protects them and puts the risk on the taxpayers.
Perhaps it may protect them against nationalization of facilities, but does it protect them from their Indian workers being too distracted by events to get much useful work done?
Have you done any research on OPIC as to what exactly it covers?
