I'm not nuts, but I may be dense. I'm afraid I do not understand the meaning of your post, regarding my post. I do agree that if a police dog was put in my face, it would end up with a broken neck pronto.

And I'm not a felon either.

I'm thinking the cops are going to say it looked like he had a gun. He claimed he had a gun. He raised it . . . Was it to shoot at them or slap the dog? Split second decision . . . They could be justified in opening fire.
