Terri Schiavo Moved to Hospital Again, in Critical Condition

Clearwater, FL (LifeNews.com) -- Terri Schiavo has been moved to a hospital again, and this time she is in critical condition.

In a statement provided to LifeNews.com, Pamela Hennessy, a representative of Terri's family, said Terri was moved from the hospice where she is living to Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. She was admitted through the emergency room.

This is the second time in 10 days that Terri has been to the hospital, the first time after Terri was coughing up blood.

The hospitalization is at the center of a legal battle, with Terri's parents and siblings saying her husband Michael violated a 1996 court order requiring him and his attorneys to provide Terri's family with updates on her medical condition. Michael prevented the hospital from allowing visitors and releasing information on Terri's status.

Though Terri was admitted Sunday night, Hennessy told LifeNews.com that Terri's family didn't receive notice until Monday morning when Michael's attorney faxed Pat Anderson, the attorney for the family.

"Though the Schindlers did not receive the court-ordered discharge summary from Terri's previous hospitalization, they are concerned that she suffers from a continuance of the ailment that she was treated for there and that she may have been released too soon," Hennessy explained.

Hospital officials are not currently providing the family with updates on Terri's condition.

Bob and Mary Schindler have been engaged in an ongoing legal battle to block the efforts of Terri's husband, Michael Schiavo, to remove a feeding tube which provides Terri nutrition and hydration. If removed, Terri will die a painful death by starvation over the course of 15 days.

The Florida Supreme Court ruled on Friday that it would not hear Terri's case. The decision allows a local judge to set a date for Terri's death.

It's so sad because when someone loses their will to live, you can't keep them alive ---- she obviously is fighting for her life.

If removed, Terri will die a painful death by starvation over the course of 15 days.

This is a false assumption because medication can be administered which will relieve pain and suffering!

"Michael Schiavo = Murderer"

This is government sanctioned murder of an defenseless woman whose only 'crime' has been her inability to speak in her own behalf.

The other Co-conspirators in the murder of Terri Schiavo are :

Governor Jeb Bush,
the Roman Catholic bishops of Florida,
the Florida Supreme Court,
Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge George Greer,
the U.S. Supreme Court.

Without their active and passive assistance the adulterous husband wouldn't be able to carry out his demonic plan.

"....As a cruel and barbaric death that awaits this victim only days away, one would think that the Roman Catholic bishops of Florida would be raising their voices, both individually and collectively, to demand that Florida Governor Jeb Bush, a Roman Catholic, intervene to stop the execution of Terri Schiavo. As of this writing on August 20, 2003, however, the Catholic bishops of Florida have been individually and collectively silent. The same bishops who do not hesitate for one moment to demand that Governor Bush commute the death sentences of individuals who have been convicted of the most heinous criminal acts of murder imaginable do not believe it is within their pastoral duty to demand that the unjust death sentence that a Florida judge has handed down against Terri Schiavo be stayed and that her parents, who are more than willing to continue to care for her now as they cared for her when she was a helpless infant, be permitted to provide her with the love and the support being denied her by her husband, who has fought vigorously for the right to starve and dehydrate her to death. - - Thomas A. Droleskey, Seattle Catholic, 20 Aug 2003

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

1. Sign the petition :

2. Ask the Pope to intervene :

john_paul_ii@vatican.va

3. Ask President Bush's brother, Governor Jeb Bush to intervene :

jeb.bush@myflorida.com or jeb@jeb.org

4. Get the latest information from :

Terri Schiavo's website
and
Friends of Terri

5. Pray that Terri is saved from this court ordered murder, or that in His Mercy He takes her quickly.

Terri's "loving" husband's lawyer was on the O'Reilly show last night. His sping? The husband is simply trying to abide by Terri's wishes not to be kept alive artificially. He made is sound like the husband was every so loving, and involved with Terri's care. It was pretty sickening.

Comment: If removed, Terri will die a painful death by starvation over the course of 15 days. Your response: This is a false assumption because medication can be administered which will relieve pain and suffering!

Learn to read before you write.

While "....medication can be administered...." that woman's loving and emotionally distraught husband is now seeking further assistance from that great humanitarian, Judge Greer, to deny that worthless woman any further medication - of any kind. ( Bitter sarcasm intended.)

The primary partner Terri's husband has had in the murder of his wife is the dishonorable Judge Greer.

It appears that the ghoul and his accomplices have found an alternate way to disposed of Terri Schiavo ... it is Michael and his immediate family who should be barred from her presence! Time to expect the Lord to do a wonderous thing ...

Lord, we ask that you restore to Terri her ability to communicate with those handling her medical treatment, to establish her awareness and bolster her right to LIFE while exposing the gross inhumanity of euthanasia rationales.

Anyone not familiar with this case, there's a chronology here:

http://www.worldrtd.org/SchiavoChronology.html

Near the bottom it mentions five doctors who examined Terri as part of the court case; the husband's 2 doctors as well as the court-appointed doctor said there was no hope for recovery; the parents' 2 doctors said there was hope with the proper therapy.

This really doesn't "add up" somehow; why doesn't the husband just divorce her and relinquish guardianship to her parents?!? Why doesn't the court "order" some such "resolution"?! It just doesn't make sense that they wouldn't/couldn't, does it?!
