I can't imagine anybody buying Ms. Weintraubs take on that. No one IF he were innocent his first words would have been a resounding NO!! No thinking about it.

In order to buy Miz Weintraub's take--that he just wasn't much paying attention, and a little question like, oh, "did you have anything to do with the disappearance of your wife" just slipped in with his only half noticing it--in order to buy that, one would have to be taking the same anti-psychotic drugs that Miz Weintraub no doubt is given on a daily basis.
