This is the perfect opportunity to realign and reign in the judicial branch. We should all be backing Moore to the hilt.

'You can't be a judge and defy a court'

Sure you can, you just have to have the courage of your convictions and a willingness to pay the price.

However, you shouldn't be a Judge if you think that the SCOTUS endows rights.

But most, except Moore's followers, agree that when the highest courts rule, they should be obeyed

the highest courts ruled ILLEGALLY.

I SUPPORT JUDGE MOORE

Most educated Alabamians consider Moore a zealot out of touch with mainstream Christianity, says Clark, who suspects they'll abandon Moore as he flouts the system and defies judges.

Says something about the state of the universities and colleges. Have you read the recent articles on FR about things about mandatory "Freshman Orientation" which is essentially a "homo-diversity" propaganda week?

"Judge Moore claims to represent people who are in no way oppressed," Mr. Clark says.

I guess atheists don't feel oppressed since their belief system is the one favored and promoted by secular government. This Clark fellow is ignoring all the people who do support Moore - and they aren't all Christians. Orthodox Jews also support him, and anyone who understands the necessity of moral absolutes as the underpinning of civilization do as well.

Why is it that it's OK for the US Supreme Court to have the 10 Commandments engraved in its stone walls, but it's not OK for the Alabama Supreme Court to have a block of stone with the Commandments engraved on them?

It's a simple question, but apparently has no answer, inasmuch as I've not heard anyone even try to explain.

WOW!!! the dripping sarcasm found in this "Christian" Scientist piece speaks volumes!!!!

I noticed they failed to mention that Judge Roy Moore was elected to his position [after the anti-God zealots] tried to strip his lower courtroom of a smaller Ten Commandments plaque.

I guess the majority weren't educated.

When the SCOTUS makes laws by judicial decree and usurps states rights..its no longer the SCOTUS but something entirely different imo .....and must be reigned in...

Since the SCOTUS does not have its own Army...it will have to draw troops from another branch...Justice?.....US Marshalls?....
