I believe she'll run if she's convinced President Bush is truly vulnerable. If the economy picks up and the war on terrorism goes reasonablly well, she'll bide her time, working to undermine the Dem candidate in '04 and preparing her run for '08.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Administration had a "game" in play here ... something to draw her out to help her make a commitment for 04 ... hopefully as a Presidential candidate ... with the loss, she's trounced for good. If she's the VP candidate on an 04 losing ticket, she's still in the running for 08 ... but, thankfully, time and gravity are not her best friends.
