An easier way would be to have people there (only 10 at a time would be required) each with a T-shirt depicting one of the commandments.
This all reminds me of years ago (I can't remember the year) when Polish shipyard workers (maybe at Gdansk?) and Lek Valenska staged a rally of maybe a few hundred thousand to protest the Communist governments decision to remove some religious icon from the shipyard entrance. The communists backed down as I recall. Does anyone remember the details? You see the corollation?

I like the T-shirt idea - how about the ten commandments on the front, and on the back the words "God's Back"?
