The homos never stop. Ever. They are the antithesis to our democracy.

This was a planned assault undertaken for purely political reasons.
May the school have the courage to stand firm.

It wasn't all that long ago that people like this would be embarrassed to bring attention to themselves. The school, the parish, and the diocese better not fold on this one.

What part of the word"private" don't these idiots understand?
Private schools should be able to admit,or reject, anyone that they want, without any explanation.
I feel the same way about private golf clubs, social clubs or anything else that is not supported by the taxpayer.

Maybe it would be a good idea to let this child in and as they go through bible study she may learn how perverted her abominable parents are.

Hmmm, "public accomodation". Can I sue my local Muslim run restaurant if they don't serve me the tender pork links I crave at breakfast?

A Catholic school, he said, "is essentially a business that provides service to the public at large." "For instance, Catholic Charities doesn't only provide services to Catholics, it provides services to people who are needy," Fidanque said.
This is soooo stupid. While a school may essentially be a business, a charity is a not for profit organization. Just because they are both Catholic doesn't make them the same. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

These vicious dykes could give a rat's patootie about the Catholic religion. Their only purpose is to destroy the Roman Catholic faith. It's the Agenda, donchaknow.

A Catholic school, he said, "is essentially a business that provides service to the public at large." Liar.
To get in a Catholic school, you have to be a member of the parish and be in good standing with your contributions.
There is also a moral code that must be followed by parents, and the school serves the children of parishioners, not the public
The Oregon lezzies can go buzz off.
The school cannot be forced to accept them, and their is nothing that these homosexual bastards or their liberal allies in government can do about it.

What I don't understand is why these two lesbians would want their daughter to go to a school where she will be correctly taught that homosexual practice is an abomination to God.

Here is a link to another article about the story. The link below provides more details about the case.
"Lesbian couple protests school's decision"
http://www.registerguard.com/news/2003/08/29/c1.cr.twomoms.0829.html Excerpt:
"Inkmann said she isn't sure she wants to send her daughter to O'Hara now, but wants to ensure other families have the right to do so."
This case is a set up.

The Human Rights Commission assigned an advocate, Neil Van Steenbergen, to the case, with the hope of ironing things out between the two parties. But O'Hara officials did not wish to meet with him, Inkmann said.
On Wednesday, she said, Bachmeier told her the final answer was no.

Actually, the school should probably admit the kid; it may be her only chance for normalcy.

"We could argue that the church cannot discriminate in either its employment or acceptance of students." He could argue this point, but he would lose, and rightly so.
Where is the myth of "separation of church and state" when you need it. < / sarcasm >

They are the antithesis to our democracy. I don't mean to nitpick or be rude here, but I think this is important, and I point it out frequently to others who make this slip of the tongue.
The US is NOT a democracy, just for the record. To paraphrase a quote (I believe from Franklin), "democracy is two wolves and a lamb deciding what is for dinner".

having a family with two mothers at the school would confuse other children, and that gay unions are in conflict with Vatican teachings. Canon 915 states: Those who are excommunicated or interdicted after the imposition or declaration of the penalty and others who obstinately persist in manifest grave sin are not to be admitted to Holy Communion.
Lesbian couples are indeed those "who obstinately persist in manifest grave sin." Especially when they manifest their own grave sin by publicly pronouncing their lesnian relationship.
I'm proud of this school and their pastor for putting the safety and moral formation of their students before the hypocritical demands of political correctness. May God protect them in this coming battle.
