During the first 18 weeks since Abu Mazen became prime minister and the Road Map was published, there have been a total of 453 Palestinian Arab terrorist attacks or attempted attacks, in which 77 people were murdered and 485 wounded.

I am amazed Israel signed onto the roadmap.
After Gulf War I, 41 turned to the heroic Israelis and said, "I know Saddam hit you hard with the Scuds, and I know you turned your cheek, and I know that you won all this land AFTER being attacked in 48, 56, 67, 73, 80-3--now give up your rights. And 41 pushed the Israelis hard. Look at the results.
Now, after Gulf War II, 43 is bolder. He recognizes the PLO and Israel must concede more. France recognizes Hamas and Hezbollah as freedom fighters not terrorists. What in the world is going on? Israel's friends are proving her undoing!
It wasn't too long ago, back in early 80's, that Menachem Begin diplomatically told Reagan to pound sand with his "Mid-east peace plan." Begin asked rhetorically, "Are we your vassals?" Ah, but that was back in the old days when even Shimon Peres had balls. I mean, the Israelis would have control of the Bekaa if it wasn't for our meddling--hello Bekaa Valley! Syria controlled-Lebanon! Iraqi WMD and possible nukes stored there! High-grade herion! Sign says, "All terrorists welcome to Bekaa."
Rush Limbaugh is right with his oft coined "Limbaugh doctrine": Israel will have peace with her neighbors when she defeats their ambition of removing her. In other words, peace in the Middle East will be secured with her neighbors signing an unconditional surrender of all rights to her sovereignty, not the other way around.
