If true, is this the first Israeli strike in to Lebanon since the withdrawal almost 5 years ago? That would be a big deal, correct?

It's not the first. They took out the AA site which killed an Israeli kid sitting on his porch, eating a sandwich, just the other week. I recall others. The IAF also likes to make mock bombing runs, and fly low and exceed the speed of sound over the Hizballah supporting neighborhoods of Beiruit. Those must be some Brown Alert moments for the Jihadis. ;)
