Arnold wants illegal aliens to be allowed to stay here and to recieve free public educations, but at least for the moment he claims to be opposed to them having drivers licenses.

We can't do anything about public education for illegal alien kids thanks to a stupid two decade old SCOTUS decision called Pyler v Doe. But we can stop illegal aliens from driving on our public roads.
