Sunny Florida!

Lovely groves there! Spent a few years in Immokalee and North Miami.

Was out wade fishing in Immokalee one misty morning. A Great Blue Heron landed in the water a few feet from me. I guess neither of us saw each other clearly cause of the morning fog/mist. He waded right up behind me. We both saw each other almost eye to eye and startled each other. He spread his wings and let out a loud 'FRONNNNK'. I fell on my a$$ in the water :)

What a great post and graphics. Thank you Mama_Bear. We have a surplus of talent on the FreeRepublic. If only we could smuggle it into the left-wing liberal daily newspapers.

Awwwwwww........thank you so much. You know your compliments mean so much to me. :-)

But you didn't include one of these bad boys...

I know! I would'of, and should'of, but my presentation was becoming way too long. I just couldn't fit everything in. But, thank you, dear wolf, for bringing this to my attention - before TTM did. ;-)

The Tennessee Walking Horse

"The Tennessee Walking Horse breed evolved from the Narragansett Pacer, Canadian, Morgan, Standardbred, Thoroughbred and American Saddlebred. These bloods were bred into one animal in the Tennessee bluegrass region, By doing this it resulted in one of the best show and trail riding horses. Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders' Association nearly Regestered more than 300,000 horses in the United states today."

I see you are taking a different plane out for a spin today.

Early week-end giddiness.

I have a whopping 1.5 hours to myself before I go and pick everyone up.

To work on my campaign.

Thanks for the link. Spelunking?

LOL. Isn't that a funny word?

Spelunker......originally derived from the Latin spelunca, (and the related Greek speleios), it comes from the Middle English word, spelunk, meaning cave or grotto.

Don't be too impressed, I copied that off of THIS website. ;-)

Tennessee isn't Texas but it isn't bad.

TN has been very good to some of my relatives. It would probably be my second choice. After Texas.

Don't mess with Texas.
