Rumsfeld flies over site where Saddam sons killed
MOSUL, Iraq, Sept 5 (Reuters) - U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld got a bird's eye view from a helicopter on Friday of the site where Saddam Hussein's sons were killed in northern Iraq.
On a visit to troops from the U.S. 101st Airborne Division in the northern city of Mosul, Rumsfeld was given an aerial tour which included the house where Uday and Qusay Hussein were cornered and killed by U.S. soldiers in July.
Their killing was the biggest success so far for U.S. troops hunting Saddam and his top officials. Rumsfeld met troops in Saddam's hometown of Tikrit before heading to Mosul and was due to spend the night in Baghdad.
