The black guy lets the white guy stay there -- with his head stuck in the wall -- until he checks around and gets the best price quotes.

Actually, I thought he said he didn't intend to have the white guy removed, but just wanted to know how much it would cost.

I think he says something like, "No, I don't want you to remove him yet. I just want your best price and the prices of your competitors."

The point, however, is that it would NEVER have been a white guy saying that while a black guy's head is stuck through a wall. NEVER. (And there's also the further underlying message that whites cannot play basketball...)
