"Dictate" probably wasn't the proper word...but my "rant level" was elevated. Your rant level is understandable .. But I think what they are concerned with is an all out war between these terrorist and Israel and that is why they asked Israel to carefully consider.
Personally, I think the Palestinian people who really want peace should kill Arafat .. it would be a win win for everyone.

I don't care WHO kills Arafat but he does Need Killin!! He will continue to be a problem no matter where he resides. He's a bone fide terrorist, always has been and always will be. Arafat's purpose is to see that Isreal does NOT exist. !!
