On ABC's This Week, the narrator introduced a segment with that same phrase--Should America GO IT ALONE in Iraq?

Biden was totally snide in his comments ... pretending to support the president while saying, Oh, at last, finally, at long last, he has leveled with the American people ...
as if we didn't know, he more or less reiterated and emphasized what he has said all along.
