Like I have said, you've not listened to Arnold. He's been quoted in print, radio and all over the media.
From what you are posting, you are uninformed or informed and pushing another agenda (not uncommon on these threads at all).

In fact I've listened very, very closely. What I haven't heard are a promise not to raise taxes, a promise to repeal family leave, and any specifics whatsoever on budget cuts.
He avoids all questions about specific issues any chance he gets, and he doesn't want to debate unless he has the questions in advance. He sold out to the teachers' union on education funding (somehow he's not going to touch 46% of the budget, yet he expects to balance it?), and he is bad on every social issue.
The fact that he says a few vague things that sound just slightly conservative does not impress me at all.

I've also heard him say, this wkd, that he opposes Prop 54. I keep looking, but I can't find any issues I agree with Arnold on. I can vote for someone who is not "ideologically pure," but what about someone who opposes everything I believe in?
