Do youreally think Arnold wants to legalize Illegals, and then make them leave?
C'mon, words have meanings, and the words of Arnold that you've posted mean that he wants Illegals to stay. That's Amnesty.
If you want to prove that Arnold now believes otherwise, you're going to need to come up with a more recent comment to that effect.
