Yes, as an Independent. He said he is doing that because it is a problem beyond dims and pubbies, only an outsider can fix it(paraphrase).Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but even though he's campaigning as an Ind, he'll be listed on the ballot as a Republican, because of his party affiliation...
