What is the incentive? The pay is horrible. Benefits non-existent. Dealing with the public is tantamount to torture. The hours are terrible. No holidays off, weekends, nights.

Well, somebody's got to do it... Although I agree; those kind of positions may be hard to fill, but there's a reason for it.
