John & Ken here in L.A. on KFI are calling Tom, Seabiscuit complete with neighing sound of a horse. They are demanding (at least John is) for Mc to get out of the race and let Arnold the Pro-choice, Pro-gay, Pro-Gun Control, Anti-Prop 54 ( to eliminate racial quotas) have it all to himself. That's crap. How any Conservative can vote Arnold is beyond me. Hannity is a lightweight. Is there anyone really strongly FOR Arnold or they just AGAINST Buster? If so, theirs is a vote of fear rather than hope.

Perhaps Arnold's voters are so liberal themselves that they actually believe Arnold is conservative?

I will still vote FOR Mc whether he stays in or withdraws.

Gotta agree with you there. Re: Is anyone really FOR Arnold.... I may have seen one or two. But usually those quickly fall to the same 'Tom can't win' mantra.

Arnold's media blitz has made people actually believe this. I'll wait and see, but I have believed from the beginning that this blitz/mantra approach was the Schwarzenegger strategy from day one. Promotions and selling are right up his alley.... whether as a body builder, selling 'nutrition' products, etc. Quite a 'spin' job.

A good PR firm can do wonders. After spending millions in the late 80's, PR propaganda had the world believing that Michael Milken was a "genius", a "national treasure" who was "creating value" ... a victim of the prosecution who hadn't really done anything wrong.

Same thing happening here, IMO. But Arnold can't hide behind his handlers forever. Let's see if the guy has enough guts to debate McClintock.
