I wonder what he was threatened with to plead guilty to what he did for sell these 'dual use technology' items.

No, you cannot. The point of the prosecution is that under Federal law, all drug paraphenalia is strictly illegal and will land you in federal prison. Don't believe it? Ask Tommy Chong.

Up to now the feds have looked the other way. No more. Any Wisconson headshop owners have to be thinking twice now. Is it worth a stint in federal prison just to sell some bongs and pipes?
