Support wise, the only company on that list that I have dealt with is Sprint. I can't see how their support can get any worse and perhaps it's all the bad attitudes and multiple different answers to the same question (depending on who you talk to at the time) that has something to do with their outsourcing as well.

But these same people will buy Chinese products from Wal*mart without making the connection. All American industry is looking for one thing, how to stop paying greedy Americans and move the work to third world countries. This gives the gluttonous CEO and his gang more money to lobby congress not to make very many changes in the trade imbalance, Money talks, representation walks.
