We haven't been hearing that Islam is The Religion of Peace™ bellbleep lately either.

six in 10 of those familiar with Islam described it as a peaceful religion. Only four in 10 who were not familiar with the religion said it was peaceful.

Because they were muslims and are allowed to lie to present the evil religion in good light to gain converts by deceiving. Any non-muslim who has studied the religion knows without doubt that it is anything but peaceful.
